Meeting Architects is comprised of knowledgeable and experienced event, meeting and theatrical professionals with in-depth experience in venue selection and contracting, event design and management, corporate communications, technical production, entertainment coordination, F & B menu design and costing and logistics management.
William Anton CMP, President of Meeting Architects, Inc. has over twenty years’ experience in site selection, contract negotiation, meeting design and meeting management. He heads the Meeting Architects venue selection and contracting team and provides leadership for all client solutions, client service and marketing functions of the company. Bill has a decade of experience as a speaker coach/trainer for CEO's, CFO's, attorneys and political candidates. He has produced commercial television and theatrical events throughout the United States and Canada and holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the University of California. Mr. Anton founded Meeting Architects in 2005 and is a member IATA, PCMA and MPI.
Don Adams, Vice-President Design, Production and Operations brings two decades of event and exhibition production management skills to Meeting Architects. His extensive experience with large-format exhibitions and meetings provides an invaluable asset to our clients. Responsible for leadership of all production, design and logistics, Don brings a Broadway-caliber aesthetic to all aspects of our business. Before joining Meeting Architects in 2005, Don managed numerous Broadway and Broadway touring productions, held senior production management positions at several prominent regional theatres and operated Events by Design of San Francisco, a premiere Northern California event design firm.
